BN55Game Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistani Players

Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different devices, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, all accounts will be suspended pending investigation, and any bonuses or winnings accumulated across duplicate accounts will be void.

Accepted Payment Methods

Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method that has been previously used for a deposit on the same account, or to a method that has been verified through our compliance process. BN55Game does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Processing times stated above are indicative — during peak periods or public holidays, processing may take longer.

BN55Game charges no fees on deposits or withdrawals. Any fees charged by your payment provider are outside our control and are the player's responsibility. Deposits that are declined by your payment provider will not appear in your bn55game balance.

All bets placed on BN55Game are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any sport-specific or market-specific rules published within the platform:

• Bet acceptance: A bet is not confirmed until you receive an on-screen acceptance confirmation and the amount is deducted from your account balance. If a technical error occurs during bet placement, the bet is void and the stake is returned.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum bet is Rs 50 per selection. Maximum bet limits vary by market and event and are displayed at the point of bet placement. BN55Game reserves the right to set individual account-level stake limits at any time.
• Odds changes: During live in-play betting, odds may change between the time you submit a bet and the time it is processed. BN55Game's system accepts bets at the odds confirmed at the moment of acceptance. If odds have moved significantly, the bet may be declined and the stake returned.
• Void bets: A bet may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: the event being cancelled or abandoned, a clear error in the published odds, a market being suspended at the time the bet was accepted, or evidence of technical malfunction.
• Accumulator bets: All individual selections in an accumulator must be from different events. If one selection in an accumulator is voided, that selection is removed and the accumulator is recalculated on the remaining selections.
• Results: Official results as published by the relevant sporting body are used to settle all bets. BN55Game's decision on all settlement matters is final.

BN55Game reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at any time if there is evidence of irregular activity, system error, or where the bet would conflict with applicable platform rules.

Casino and gaming products available on BN55Game — including crash games, roulette, fishing games, and any other titles added to the platform from time to time — operate using certified random number generation (RNG) systems. All game outcomes are independently determined and cannot be predicted or influenced by the player or by BN55Game.

RTP is a long-run statistical average — it does not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual session or bet. • Wagering requirements: Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the specified wagering requirement has been fully completed. The wagering progress counter is visible in real time in your account dashboard.
• Bonus expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry date. Unconsumed bonus funds and any associated wagering progress are forfeited on expiry.
• One bonus per deposit: Only one deposit-match bonus can be applied to any single deposit. Bonuses cannot be stacked on the same deposit unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.
• One account per promotion: Each promotion is available once per player, per registered account. Claiming the same promotion through multiple accounts is abuse of promotions policy and will result in account closure.

On closure of an account for reasons unrelated to breach or misconduct, any real money balance in the account will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to identity verification being complete. Bonus balances are forfeited on account closure regardless of the reason for closure.

Players wishing to close their own account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closures are processed within 48 hours. If the reason for closure is problem gambling, we encourage players to explore self-exclusion options through our Responsible Gaming tools before requesting a full closure.

Inactive accounts — defined as accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months — may be moved to dormant status. BN55Game will attempt to notify you via your registered mobile number before this occurs. Dormant accounts can be reactivated by contacting support and completing identity verification.

BN55Game reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time.
